For more adventure, you can take the train from Anchorage to Fairbanks or vice versa, this journey of almost 350 miles, will provide you with breathtaking views of Mt. McKinley, crosses the 700 ft Mears Memorial bridge and holds to the side of Nenana River Canyon, and it also takes you across Hurricane Gulch – 918 ft wide.
